He is survived by: his wife Kim Heath; his stepchildren, Miki Messer (Russ), Jody Koerper and Jake Geisler (Jamie); his brother Dale Johnson (Marlys); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hill (Kaleb), Austin Moser, Winter Messer, Katie, Hannah, Grace Koerper, Chase Cadotte, Joely, Jorgia Geisler and Jace McMullin; and his nieces and nephews, Pam O'Brien (Kevin), Susan Doriott (Mark), Kevin Johnson (Ellen) and Brent (Rachel).
