She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schonasky and Viola Schonasky (Ely); her husband Robert Lee Hayes; her son Robert Hayes; and her brothers, William "Bill" Schonasky and George Schonasky (Josephine).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Werla (George), Cindy Werth (Russell) and Dennis Hayes; and her siblings, Darlene Zerna (Wallace) and Donald Schonasky (Marilyn). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
