He is survived by: his nephew Gale; his wife Carroll Bender of Dalton; his daughters, Joann Burr of Ripon, Judy Brooks (Fred Waterhouse) of Ripon, Joyce Kohn (Daniel) of Marquette and Jerri Bender of Ripon; his grandchildren, Jamie Taylor (Eric), Casey Yuris (Jamie), Haley Schackow, Brad Brooks (Nikki), Justin Kohn (Cassie), Danielle Nogalski (Matt) and Jenna Bender; his brother Virgil Bender (Judy); and his siblings-in-law, Don Bauman (Jan) and Martha Bauman. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
