He is survived by: his former wife Linda Smith; his children, Jason Smith and Carrie Smith; his grandchildren, Jared Smith, Tony Day, Madison Fowler (Brython), Dominic Townsend and Ella Haak; and his brother Niles Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
