He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Vivian; his girlfriend Donna Tesch; his sons, Timothy Burns and Jeffrey Tesch; and his siblings, Bill Burns, Marvin Burns, Chuck Stevens, Shirley Keck and Marilyn Quimet.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Benolken (Gene) of Cleveland, Nikki Lemke (Jim) of Faribault, Terry Burns (Mandy) of Dallas, WI, Paula Tesch of Faribault and Sherri Clammer (Doug) of Faribault; and his siblings, Jerry Stevens, Gary Burns, John Burns, Larry Burns (Linda) and Beverly Schlinger (Arnie). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; his much anticipated 33rd great grandchild.
