He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Slind and JoAnn Slind (Prim); and his brother Chuck. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve (Linda), Amy Latvala and Trisha Slind. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, golf buddies and friends.
