We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2023, at the age of 79, Mickey O. Simmons of Custer, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Simmons and Madeline Simmons (Proffitt); and his son-in-law Cary Holter. He is survived by: his wife Sue Winters; his children, Krista Holter of Brooklyn Park, MN, Wade Simmons of Vero Beach, FL and Lisa Yamaya (Kevin) of Maple Grove, MN; and his grandchildren, Caden, Kai Simmons, Owen, Ian, Ellie, Arlo Yamaya, Lilli and Ivey Holter.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Living Trees Memorial Fund (//cfcwi.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/create/fund?funit_id=1156), through the Stevens Point Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department where a tree will be planted in Mick's name.
