She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Makuski and Catherine Makuski (Sigmund); her son Dennis James; and her brothers, Alex, Anthony "Tony" and John.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin; her children, Debbie Riske (Bruce) of Polonia and Jason Wiza (Sara) of Polonia; her grandson Dennis; and her sisters, Lucy Brown and Betty Bielen (John) of Owen. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
