He was predeceased by: his parents, James Christensen and Vera Dell Christensen. He is survived by: his children, Mike Andrews (Laura) and Kim Andrews (Eric); his sister Sandy Kamish; and his wife Lois. He is also survived by brothers; sisters; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
