He is survived by: his children, Annie Merrill (Devin Begay), Susie Merrill, James Merrill and Brian Hauer (Fawn Bellanger); his siblings, William Merrill, Jason Merrill, Anna Merrill, LouAnn Merrill, Claretta Merrill and Melissa Coon; and his great grandchild Blakelyn.
