He is survived by: his mother Mary Ranallo (Ballis); his siblings, Joe Ranallo, Marie Mehlhoff (Kurt) of So, Minneapolis, Micki Schaefer (Mark) of Eagan, MN and Carla Daubenspeck (Matt) of Eagan, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Abby, Sophia, Tommy, Max, Marcus, Merrick, Cora and Celia.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials be offered so that Steve's family may direct them to a spinal cord research center of their choosing.
