He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyle Cook and Evelyn Cook (Blanch); his wife Lois Whitt; his daughters, Beverly Alfonse of Amery and Karen Frank (Steven) of West Memphis, AR; his grandchildren, Shannon Alfonse-Steinbuch (Scott), Kyle Alfonse and Cole Frank (Sandra); his great grandchildren, Dylan Alfonse, Karter Steinbuch, Nathan Cichon and Evan Cichon; his sisters, Sharon Dietrich of New Brighton, MN and Carol Helbig of Turtle Lake; his son Richard; and his sister Lila Vang. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
