He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jeff Vinzant. He is survived by: his father Scott Smith (Dena); his children, Kiera, Wrenley and Huckley; his mother Missy Vinzant (Barton); his siblings, Kole Smith and Casey Polen (Mark); and his niece Emery Polen.
