He was predeceased by: his parents, Valmer Barrows and Anna Barrows (Benson); and his sister Lois Helback (Myron). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Annette Jacobson; his siblings, Shirley Toft (Paul), Valmer Barrows (Judy) and Richard Barrows (Cheryl); his children, Deb Mahowald, Kevin Barrows (Jena) and Todd Barrows (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Sara Peterson (Charles), Molly Woodward (Jerry), Logan Mahowald (Jamie), Reid Barrows, Blane Barrows and Jaida Jahn. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
