It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise Skinner of Cumberland, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Ricci and Patricia Ricci Sr. (Mannello); and her siblings, Doris Chartraw, Jean Towne, Laura Ficocello, Albert and Thomas Ricci.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob Skinner (Pat), Bert Skinner, Jr. (Sue) and Michael P Skinner; her grandchildren, Bill Skinner (Jodie Cox), Kristine Steege (Jason), Becky Buhl (Bill), Katie Kuenkel (Nathan), Julie Helstern (Ron) and Adam Skinner (Sarah); her brother Nick Ricci (Bev); and her sister-in-law Dayle Ricci. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
