He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Richter and Gertrude "Loretta" Richter (Pennington); his wife Susan Richter; his children, Nathan Richter, Harvey Richter, Jr. and Laurie Santos (Tony); his grandchildren, Emily Richter, John Richardson, Jr., Leanna Richardson, Brandi Richter and David Johnson; his sisters, Gloria Irving and Evelyn Gizzi (Tom); his son Edgar Richter; and his sister Josephine Billings. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
