He is survived by: his children, Vickie McKee of Eaton, OH, David Via (Lisa) of Beavercreek, OH, Keith Via (Missy) of Andover, MN, Jason Via (Dawn) of Clayton, WI and Alisha Foss (Brett) of Cameron, WI; and his siblings, Kenny Via, Stevie Via and Miriam Benning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
