He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Potvin and Mabel Potvin (Johnson); his wife Delores; his son Greg; his grandson Chad Stokes; and his siblings, Donald Potvin, Norman Potvin, Lloyd Potvin and Betty Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Stokes (Greg), Janet Diercks, Darlene Buckner (Greg), Bryan Potvin, Carla Potvin and Dean Potvin (Wendy); and his sister Gail Anderson (Dennis). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the St. Anthony Catholic Church building fund.
