It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne J. Schmieder of Cuba City, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Schmieder and Matred Schmieder (Belken); and his siblings, Eunice Larkin (Norm), Helen Werner (Gordy), Dick Schmieder and Bill Schmieder (Cathy).

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Schmieder; his sons, Patrick Schmieder and Michael Schmieder (Cheryl) of Platteville, WI; and his grandchildren, Derek Schmieder (Jalyn), Todd Ingraham (Charity) and Kari Finnegan (David). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
