He was predeceased by: his father Steven Piatkowski; his in-laws, Norman and Betty Guild; and his brothers-in-law, John and Michael Guild.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Piatkowski Sr. (Bierhaus) of Chicago, IL; his wife Michelle Guild-Piatkowski of Cuba City, WI; and his siblings, Barbie Piatkowski, Johnny Piatkowski, Louie Piatkowski, Annie Piatkowski and Jackie Piatkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory (2424 STATE ROAD 80 # 825, Cuba City, WI 53807). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Steven F. Piatkowski Jr. Memorial Fund has been established.
