He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Sarah Rouse (Jeremy) of Kieler, WI, Brooke Gomez (Andy Berning) of Cuba City, WI and Michael Pickel of Hazel Green, WI; his grandchildren, Victoria, Dylan, Dawson Rouse, Alex and Nerisa Gomez; and his siblings, Dennis Pickel of Kieler, WI, Deborah Droeszler (Francis) of Hazel Green, WI, Eldon Pickel (Barbara) of Kieler, WI, Terrance Pickel (Sharon) of Kieler, WI, Timothy Pickel (Joan) of Cuba City, WI, Marla Mitchell (Richard) of Mineral Point, WI, Michael Pickel (Chris) of Orfordville, WI and Gregory "Beef" Pickel (Con) of Mineral Point, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of plants and flowers, a Samuel W. Pickel Memorial Fund has been established.
