He is survived by: his wife Barb of Matthew's Catholic Church; his children, Tim Foley of Madison, WI, Todd Foley (Renee) of Palmer, AK, Cindy Blanks of Wauwatosa, WI and Scott Foley (Natalie) of Anchorage, AK; his grandchildren, Keagan Blanks, Kya Blanks of Milwaukee, WI, Griffin Blanks of Wauwatosa, WI, Dylan Foley of Minneapolis, MN, Bennett Foley of Urbana, IL, Ila and Aubrey Foley of Anchorage, AK; his siblings, Dan Foley (Linda) of Cottage Grove, WI, Kathy Kilpatrick (Dan) of Neenah, WI, Mary Foley of Shullsburg, WI and Pam Cruse (Dan) of Davenport, IA; his sisters-in-law, Josephine Foley of Dubuque, IA and Juanita Swift of Platteville, WI; his son-in-law Dennis Blanks of Wauwatosa, WI; and his friend Sharon Donohoo of Shullsburg, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
