He was predeceased by: his parents, Delphinus Belken and Cecilia Leone Belken (Thomas); his siblings, Thomas, Leanne Banfield and Robert Belken; his sister-in-law Pat Belken; and his nephew Craig Weber.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Belken (Roger Maas) of Mesa, AZ and Carrie Belken of Platteville, WI; his siblings, Jeanette Weber (Norm), Darlene Rielly (Bob), Ronald Belken (Mary), Dwayne Belken (Joan) and Mike Belken; and his brother-in-law John Banfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Richard "Dick" D. Belken Memorial Fund has been established.
