He is survived by: his children, David Banfield (Anna) of Dubuque, IA, Paula Banfield of Dubuque, IA, Tim Banfield (Mary) of Mountainburg, AR, Elisa Eigenberger (George) of Cuba City, WI and Cindy Garrison (Scott) of Minnetonka, MN; his son-in-law Steve Bernhardt of Bagley, WI; and his siblings, Ed Banfield (Arlene) and Mary "Beebe" McWilliams. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
