She is survived by: her husband Joseph W. Kuhl; her children, Veronica McCabe of Ellsworth, WI, Scott Kuhl (JoAnn) of Ellsworth, WI and Shawn Kuhl (Paula); her siblings, Geneva Lantou of Galena, IL and Marvin Wand (Judy) of Galena, IL; her grandchildren, Josh (Mallory), Cheyanna, Brooklyn, Jake McCabe, Lydia, Tacia, Loralei, Nash Kuhl, Dylan, Trent, Skylar, Chloe and Danika Kuhl; and her great grandchildren, Adrien, Jager and Maggie McCabe.

“Joan was an amazing person. I never saw her in a bad mood or defeated. She was resilient to anything life threw at her. She fought hard and bravely for many decades. Now God is taking charge and raising her up to continue on her journey with him. Life is just beginning for Joan. Although she will be deeply missed she will be forever in your hearts.
