He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Bob Rasque; his parents, Walter Goeman and Rona Goeman; his siblings, Ken Goeman and Emily McKenna; his siblings-in-law, Gene McKenna and Luella Goeman; his nephew Michael Goeman; his mother-in-law Bernice Rasque; his siblings-in-law, Ronald Rasque, Robert "Dutch" Rasque and Pat Rasque; and his nephew Michael Rasque.
He is survived by: his wife Jerry; his children, Cindy Dolphin (Gary) of Peosta, IA, Tim Goeman (Julie) of Cohasset, MN and Ben Goeman (Laurie) of Chippewa Falls, WI.; and his grandsons, Neil Dolphin (Amanda) of Dubuque, IA, Tyson Goeman (Mary) of Crosslake, MN, Peter Goeman (Kinsley) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Nick Goeman (Carly) of Chippewa Falls, WI, Brad Goeman (Katie) of Chippewa Falls, WI and Joe Goeman (Carli) of Big Lake, AK.. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of plants and flowers, a Jerome W. Goeman Memorial Fund has been established.
