He is survived by: his father Jean Paquette (Wiegman) of Cuba City, WI; his children, Danielle Paquette of Mount Horeb, WI and Jacob Paquette (Brianna) of Platteville, WI; his brothers, Jim Paquette (Julie), John Paquette (Shelley) and Jason Paquette (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Josh Paquette (Cassie), Kayla Collins (Tyler), Cassie Paquette, Austin Paquette (Savannah), Riana Paquette, Megan Reese (Matt) and Emily Reese (Ryan); his great-nieces, Lydia and Maelyn Paquette; and his great-nephew Paxton Collins.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Jeff A. Paquette Memorial Fund has been established.
