With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Houtakker (Cuba City, Wisconsin), born in Hazel Green, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 24, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip P. Houtakker and Sylvia D. Houtakker (Kunkel); his siblings, Betty Nuxoll and Donald Houtakker; and his brothers-in-law, Arlyn Vondra and Jim Linden.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hover; his children, Lou Curtis (Kevin) of Benton, Rose Harris (Bob) of Benton, Mary Germaine (Kevin) of Benton, Dan Houtakker (Robin) of Maquoketa, IA, Dennis Houtakker of Benton and Ron Houtakker of Benton; and his sisters, Rose Mary Vondra of Stoughton, Joan Linden of Cuba City and Rita Baumhover (Gary) of Bella Vista, Arkansas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
