He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Coulthard and Renilda Coulthard (Herbst); and his parents-in-law, Lester and Betty Werner. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle L. Werner; his children, Candi Syvrud (Doug), Gregory Coulthard of Racine, WI and Patrick Coulthard (Alivia); his siblings, Carol Leifker (Jerry) of Dickeyville, WI, William Coulthard (Jean) of Brownton, MN, Donald Coulthard (Deb) and Dennis Coulthard (Theresa); and his sister-in-law Monica Bartels (Lowell) of Glen Haven, WI. He is also survived by two granddaughters; and nine grandsons.
