He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Curtis and Lucille Curtis (Hoffman); and his brothers, Willie Curtis (Betty), Floyd Curtis (Gloria) and Gerald Curtis (Millie).
He is survived by: his wife Marjory Rice; his sons, Gary Curtis (Debbie) of Lancaster, WI, Allan Curtis (Donna) of Bagley, WI and Stephen Curtis (Susan) of Platteville, WI; and his grandchildren, Cory Curtis (Corrina), Christina Tietjen (John), Kim Emmer (Joe), Jessica Link (John), Jennifer Adrian (Preston), Steva Patrick (Tony), Terry Curtis (Becky) and Danyl Curtis (Amanda). He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a Glenn E. Curtis Memorial Fund has been established.
