She was predeceased by: her siblings, Frances Firulaff (Carl), Dorothy Jones (Bill), Lyle Curtis (Lenice) and Jim Curtis; and her brothers-in-law, Jerome Kuepers and John Rokusek.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank Curtis and Estella J. Curtis (Simmons); her spouse Guerdon Slaats; and her sister-in-law Nancy Curtis Larson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the United Methodist Church, 401 S. Main St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
