He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay (Foht); his children, Sandra Stoflet (Paul Ruklic), Michael Hoeper (Marsha) and Angela Gibbs (Ron); his grandchildren, Arron, Jacob, Kelly, Kayla, Alexander, Devin, Brianna and Lakota-Rayne; his great grandchildren, Jaxen, Thomas, Charlotte and Grayson; his brother Richie Hoeper (Barb); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Hoeper and Michael Stanton.
