He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Dolores Margan, Luther "Slim", Myrtle Hendrickson and Elaine Barwick; his stepfather Tim Moxness; his aunt Vicki Stinson; his uncle Ronnie Hendrickson; and his goddaughter Rilee Schmidt.
He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Moxness-Weier (Pat) and David Hendrickson; his pets, Lucy, Finn, Dezi, Mac, Beau and Goose; his wife Kia; his children, Lukas of Cuba City and Camryn of Cuba City; his stepparents, Bob Weier of Platteville and JoAnn Hendrickson of Asbury, IA.; his siblings, John Moxness of Colorado Springs, CO, David Moxness (Jeni) of La Crosse and Lee Ann Hendrickson of Dubuque, IA.; his parents-in-law, Dean and Chris Jorgenson of South Wayne; his siblings-in-law, Justin Jorgenson (Sarah) of Prairie du Sac and Erica Jorgenson (Christian Amerson) of Phoenix, AZ.; his stepsiblings, Matt Weier (Kira) and Suzanne Demeules (Rich); his nieces and nephews, Lawson, Lydia Moxness, Tyler, Ryan, Carly, Avery Jorgenson, Jayden Harrison, Logan, Ian Weier, Nicole and Jessica Demeules; and his friends, Carol, Jon, Robin, Scott, Kenda, Shawn, Tammy, Tom of Amy, AJ and Collette.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church (401 S Main St, Cuba City, WI 53807). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at 273 N Hollow Rd, Cuba City, WI 53807.
