He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Paar and Rose Paar (Wipperfurth); his great grandchild Brooklyn Kahl; his sisters, Geraldine Ballweg and Lorraine Wankerl; and his brother-in-law Harry Endres.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Willey; his children, Michael Paar (Diane) of Sauk City, Lynn Martinsen (Scott) of Black Earth, Kevin Paar of Cross Plains and Brenda Kahl (Kenyon) of Black Earth; his grandchildren, Stacy Paar, Amanda Wervey (Brandon), Aaron Paar, Sarah Martinsen, Trevor Martinsen (Bailey Mickelson), Jeremy Kahl, Dylan Kahl (Jessica Doerr) and Shannon Kahl; his siblings, Marlene Endres, Della (Bill Dohmeyer) and Ron Paar (Barb); and his brothers-in-law, Andy Ballweg and Tony Wankerl. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
