She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Brenda Parrell of Marshall, Beverly Bradley (David) of Black Earth, Brian Boehnen (Tammy) of Oregon and Bruce Boehnen (Deb) of Black Earth; her son-in-law Michael Lamberty of Mount Horeb; her grandchildren, Krystal Lamberty (Mike) of Mount Horeb, Amanda Schroeder (Zachary) of Cross Plains, Vincent Bradley (Chelsey), Alex Bradley of North Hollywood, Travis Boehnen (Kristina) of Oregon, Katelyn Boehnen (Matt) of Oregon, Samuel Boehnen (Chelsea) of Black Earth, Kim Zahler of Black Earth, Karli Steinhauer (Steve) of Mount Horeb, Korteny Zahler of Black Earth and Kasi DeArmitt (Tim) of Old Hickory, Tenn; her great grandchildren, Peter Schroeder, Alice Bradley, Lexi Hellenbrand, Tori Steinhauer, Madison Steinhauer, Carson Steinhauer and Rozlyn Zahler; and her siblings, Wayne Ballweg (June) of Reedsburg and Joyce Ballweg.
October 5, 2018 BLACK EARTH/CROSS PLAINS - Shirley Boehnen, age 80, peacefully passed away on Oct. 5, 2018, after a thirteen-year battle with Alzheimer's/Dementia at Ingleside Manor in Mount.
