She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Kuchan and Victoria Kuchan; her brother-in-law Eric Zike; and her close friend Mary Dahlstrom. She is survived by: her children, Allison Coakley, Kevin Coakley (Karen) and Michael Coakley; her grandchildren, Sara Coakley, Jack Coakley and Gracie Coakley; her sister Marianne Zike; her nieces, Lynn Shaffer (Patrick) and Lisa Hartshorne; and her nephew Steve Hartshorne (Marci). She is also survived by family members and friends.
