She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond O'Neill and Helen O'Neill (Seifert); and her siblings, Robert O'Neill and Mary Byrne. She is survived by: her spouse Francis Gorst; her children, Ann Wayer (Glen), Mike Gorst (Luanne), Mary Ellen Richmond (David) and James Gorst (Kim); her grandchildren, Kelly, Erin, Rebecca, Kristin, Scott, Jennifer, Amanda, Ali, Luke and Kyle; her siblings, Elizabeth LaBella (Joseph) and Thomas O'Neill (Rita); her sister-in-law Joyce O'Neill; and her cousin Joanne Topham. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the St. Francis Catholic Endowment Fund in Patricia's name.
