He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoffmann and Agnes Hoffmann (Thompson); his wife Lucille Evert; and his siblings, Janice Williamson and Clarence Hoffmann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lois Gilbertson (Randy) and Lynette Rischmueller (David); his grandchildren, Carla Kuiken (Jason) and Marcus Gilbertson (Carolyn); his great grandchildren, Carsten Gilbertson and Jonathan Kuiken; his stepgrandchildren, Stacy McMillan (Mike) and Katie Rischmueller; and his sisters, Rosella Hering, Luella Hodgson (Ben), Sharon Evert (Harland), Ardis Hoffmann and Audrey Personett (Jerre). He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
