He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank X. Bong and Mary A. Bong (Dresen); and his grandparents, Adam, Julia Bong, Gerhard and Katherine Dresen.
He is survived by: his close friend Karen Booth; and his friends, Tom Helleckson, Christy Maik and Linus. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private burial will take place at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church Cemetery in Cross Plains.
