He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mayrack and Beatrice Mayrack (James); his son Troy Mayrack; and his brother-in-law John Walkush. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Nardini (Matt); his granddaughters, Aria and Winter Nardini; his siblings, Trudy Campbell (John), Pat Walkush and John Mayrack (Cara); his caregiver Christi Weeks; his close friend Willy Hellenbrand; and also, Alyssa Weeks (Seton Sheafor), McKenzie McNeal, Kory, Koen Sheafor, Dashlynn and Brentley Henthorne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
