He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Disrud and Olive Disrud (Sutter); his wife Arlene Pfister (Danz); his stepson Alan Pfister; his granddaughter Leah Spratt; his great grandchild Josiah Pratt; and his brother Dennis Disrud.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Andrea Flickinger (Thom), Alexa Bevers (Charles), Allison Kalscheur Nolan (David), Annette Spratt (Darrell), Alex C. Pfister (Ashley), Angela Sowers (David) and Audrey Eyre (William); and his siblings, Edward Disrud, Phillip Disrud (Ruth), Dorothy Rasmussen (David), Lowell Disrud, Donna Kroeger, Virgil Disrud and Diane Odegaard (Gordon). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
