It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Jack Phillips (Cross Plains, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 29, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sons, Greg and Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Doris; and his sons, Mike "Bo" and Steve. He is also survived by six granddaughters; 10 great-grandchildren; and a special niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jerry's name may be made to the Monona Munchies Program in … care of the Monona Bank, 5515 Monona Drive, Monona, WI 53716.
