We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2020, at the age of 93, Daniel A. Meier of Cross Plains, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Meier and Christine Meier (Marking); his siblings, Wilfred Meier (Jo), James Meier (Mary), Richard Meier, Ceclia Brabender and Frances Kahl (Oliver); and his brother-in-law Edward Acker.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene "Char" Meier (Tourdot); his daughters, Sue Stretsbery, Julie Stafford (Robert) and Joan Stayner (Richard); his grandchildren, Jesse Sass (Nicole), Jay Sass (Bryana), Jarred Temple, Christopher Stayner, Samantha Jo Stayner (Brett Liddicoat) and Jenni Stretsbery; his great grandchildren, Carter Sass, Lilly Sass, Connor Sass and Finley Sass; his siblings, Annabell Acker, Valentine Meier (Judy) and Philip Meier; and his sister-in-law Billie Meier. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19 a celebration of life will be held at a later date. lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family of Daniel to be designated at a later date.
