She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Eikland and Sophie Eikland (Evenson); her husband Ernest W. Maurer; her siblings, Oscar, Henry, Marie, Inga, Nora, Mabel and Minnie; and her son-in-law Johan Glaaser.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Maurer and Elizabeth Glaaser; her grandchildren, Tom Glaaser, Derek Glaaser (Jen), Ian Glaaser (Sheila) and Kara Glaaser; and her great grandchildren, Johanna, Jared, Clara, Matthew and Josie Glaaser. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
