With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn J. Landen (Cross Plains, Wisconsin), born in Colby, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 24, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Mary's Adult Day Care, Girlie's Manor and Agrace HospiceCare for the patient, kind and compassionate care she was given during her journey through Alzheimer's disease.
