He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Waszak; and his brothers, Raymond Jr. and Glen Waszak. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott, Paul Waszak, Terry Kacalo (Roger) and Barb Parnitzke. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
