He is survived by: his wife Stefania "Steffi"; his nieces and nephews, Kathleen Steffen, Sam Kahles (Sandra), Susan Hartzheim (Mike), Don Kahles (Cheryl) and Peggy Peterson (Rick); and his close friend Mary Raser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
