She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Chartier and Irene Chartier (Cramer); her daughter Christine Konrath (Jeff); her husbands, David Gelhar, Earl Kusba Sr. and Donald Deruso; and her brother Wally Chartier.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Gelhar, Robert Kusba (Sandra), Earl Kusba (Amanda), Cynthia Claymore and James Kusba; and her brother Robert Chartier. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
