He was predeceased by: his father John Kaufman. He is survived by: his son Mike; his mother Maxine Kaufman (Krzewina); his wife Mickey of Green Bay; his daughters, Michelle (Cody Prickett) and Amber (Kyle Myszka); his grandchildren, Arthur and Ellis; and his brothers, Phil (Sandy), Rodney (Kris) and Bob (Linda). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
