She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Sikowski and Agnes Sikowski (Graczkowski); her husband Frank Samsa; her daughter Annette Bevier; her granddaughter Andrea Samsa; her son-in-law Tim Green; her siblings, Tillie Huc, Florence, Tony, Robert, Raymond and Richard; and her siblings-in-law, Alma Lange, Elizabeth Thelen, Violet Samsa, Ileen Sikowski and Hank Huc.
She is survived by: her children, LaVerne Lundberg (Larry) of Crivitz, Janet Green of Green Bay, Gerald (Janice) of Porterfield, Leonard (Jenine) of Springfield and David Samsa (Pamela) of Suamico; her son-in-law Dan Bevier of Ingleside; her brothers, Valentine, Lawrence (Elsie), Edward (Margaret) and James Sikowski (Sandra); and her sisters-in-law, Marge and Mary Sikowski.
